Albert Lafontaine December 18 2018

Lafontaine, Albert (July 6th, 1942 – December 18, 2018) – Albert passed away peacefully at his residence in Callander on Tuesday December 18th, 2018 at the age of 76 years.
He was predeceased by his wife Diana Turnbull, son Aron Lafontaine and grandson Brandon Lauzon. Loving father of Cheryl Coleman (Doug), Deanna Lafontaine (Dennis), Bradley John Lafontaine, Peri Lynn and Tracy Turnbull. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Mitchell and Samantha Lauzon, Eric Lafontaine, Matthew (Sara) and Timothy Coleman, Brooklyn and Courtney Brown.
Dear brother of Leo (deceased)(Marg, surviving), Donald (Lorraine), Edward (Janice), Jaqueline Gagnon (Lorne, deceased) and Judy (Ed, deceased) Kingsbury. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends, some of which he’s cherished since childhood.
Albert was born and raised in North Bay. He gained the respect from the community with his honesty and integrity. He was a well-known & skilled plumber and proud co-owner & operator of Lafontaine Plumbing and owner of Abbys Plumbing & Heating. He took great pride in whatever task he was working on, he was a devoted selfless hard working man who would help anyone in need.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Donations in Albert’s memory can be made towards the Canadian Cancer society or to the Sick Kids Foundation.
