It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our much loved husband, father and grandfather, William (Bill) Tomporowski. Bill passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the age of 80 years young. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Stanley and Clara Tomporowski. Those left to celebrate his life are his loving wife, Priscilla Tomporowski (Boyer) of 53 years; son Duane (Debra); daughter Donna (Jason) Bodnar; his prides and joys, Sarah, Samantha, Michael and Will; sisters Shirley and Kathleen; and brother John. Bill worked for the Government of Saskatchewan for 48 years. He enjoyed playing golf and spending time at the fieldhouse. He was also an avid Riders fan since the 1950s. The family would like to express their appreciation for the compassion and kindness shown by the staff of the Medical Intensive Care Unit during his short stay there. We also would like to acknowledge and thank the staff of Unit 3E at Pioneer Village for the extraordinary care and friendship you showed him – he often referred to you as his Angels. A FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Parish, 5020 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with interment at St. Anthony’s Mausoleum, Regina Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK.
