Obituary for Wilfred « Ted » Scott
SCOTT, Wilfred “Ted” Neil – Passed away peacefully in his 74th year, at home surrounded by his loving family following a lengthy illness, on Saturday November 11th, 2017. Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty” June Scott (nee Rupert). Dear father of Earl (Linda) Scott and Kelly Scott. Loved Papa of Mackenzie, J-R, Amber, Candice and Jessika and loved Gumper of seven. Dear brother of Robert Scott and brother-in-law of Wendy Scott. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and his fur baby Boots. Predeceased by his parents Earl and Freda Scott, brothers, Gary, Rick, Paul, Brian and sister Cheryl Scott. Ted was an Associate Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #495 Beachville. Friends may visit with the family at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Thursday November 16th 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday November 17th 2017 at 1:00 pm. Interment at Princeton Cemetery. If desired, contributions to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #495 or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
