Wanda A. (MacDonald) McFarlane
1956-2017
Wanda Alberta McFarlane of Nackawic, NB passed away with her family by
her side at the Dr. Everett Everett Chalmers Hospital on June 28,
2017. Wanda was born in 1956 at Woodstock, NB, a daughter of the late
Leo MacDonald and Joan (Fox) Hicks. She was loved by all who knew
her.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Rickey Dwyer; children, Andrew,
Blake (Duska), Sherry (David), Gordie (Louise) and Rickey (Jennifer);
grandchildren, Austin, Caleb, Lilee, Brayden, Wesley, Owen, Jack,
Ryan, Sean, Cohen and Ella; her siblings, Alton (Nicole), Gerry
(Jane), Avis (Mario), Malcolm (Wanda), Caroline (Hermel) and Scott
(Lois); her aunt Eunice; her uncle Donnie; several nieces, nephews and
cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, George
MacDonald and by her step-father, George Hicks.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 12 noon until 3 pm,
followed by the funeral service at 3 pm from the funeral home chapel
with Rev. Paul Leger officiating. Interment at Otis Cemetery. A
reception will follow in the funeral home dining room.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Wanda, the family
has suggested the DECH Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) or the Otis
Cemetery.
