Theodore Ronald « Ted » Howard
1955-2017
Theodore Ronald « Ted » Howard – 62, of
Canning, Kings County, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at home.
Born in Kentville, he was a son of the late James and Eileen (Goucher)
Howard. He had been employed as a chef with the Old Orchard Inn,
Greenwich for 18 years and then with the Irving Big Stop, New Minas.
He is survived by a sister, Carolyn Ferron, Berwick; nieces and
nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two
brothers, Thomas and Arthur. Cremation has taken place. There will be
no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 2:00
p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 in the White Family Funeral Home,
Kentville, Reverend Virginia DeAdder officiating. Burial will take
place in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Donations in memory may
be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Funeral
arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and
Cremation Services, Kentville.
