Terry A. Perkins
1950-2016
The death of Terry Allen Perkins occurred on Monday, August 15, 2016
at his home in Florenceville. Born May 1, 1950 in Gordonsville he was
the son of the late Kempton and Elizabeth (McConnell) Perkins.
Terry is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Anne-Marie (Lang)
Perkins; 2 children, Jason and Nicole; 2 grandchildren Logan and
Terri-Ann; 2 brothers, Keith Perkins (Toni) their children, Keith Jr.
and Christopher of Georgetown, ON and Gary Perkins (Sue) their
children Mason, Jennifer and Morgan of Lower Brighton, NB as well as
many cousins and extended family.
Terry was famous for his oil paintings now on display in many local
homes and for large scale outdoor murals. He hosted Wednesday
« Bike Nights » for his many friends who gathered to work on
bike projects. He was a founding member of the « Carleton County
Toy Run Association ». Terry was a family man, husband, father,
grandfather, son, brother, brother in law , phenomenal artist,
excellent bike mechanic, biker and friend.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from
4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at
1:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow
in the Bristol Community Cemetery. Donations made to the NB Heart and
Stroke Foundation, Carleton County Toy Run or DunRoamin would be
