Stella Maude Scott
1929-2017
Stella M. (Cleghorn) Scott of Harvey Station, NB passed away
peacefully at her home on October 24, 2017. She was born in 1929, a
daughter of the late Fred and Maude (McIntyre) Cleghorn.
She is survived by her children, Dianne (Hazel) Roberts (Bennie),
Shirley Close, Charles Scott (Patricia), Claudette Scott (Donnie),
Roseanne Dickinson (Maurice), Wanda Scott, Roy Scott (Buffy) and by
four daughters from her first marriage; a son-in-law, Miles Johnson
Sr.; twenty-two grandchildren, Shelley, Ronnie, Scotty, Eddy, Tammy,
Hazel, Lisa, Patricia, Charles, Mary, Don, Kathleen, Joanne, Amanda,
Katelynn, Miles Jr., Felicia, Andrew, Summer, Shayla, Shyla and
Rhonda; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Stella was predeceased by her parents, a son Ferbie Scott; a
son-in-law, Edward Close; great grandchildren, Kyle Scott, Sabrina,
Jacob and Jonah and by twelve siblings, Elizabeth (Lizzy), Eva, Mae,
Georgie, Hazel, Ferbie, Walter, Charles (Dos), Archie, Freddie, Wynn
and Arthur.
Visiting hours will be held at Harvey Untied Pentecostal Church, 2031
Route 3, Harvey Station, NB on Friday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral
service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 2 pm from the
church with Rev. Roger Cole officiating. Interment at Harvey
Settlement Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Charles Scott, Roy Scott, Eddy Scott, Ronnie Scott
Sr., Scotty Cleghorn and Maurice Dickinson.
