Shirley Jane Rutherford
1935-2017
Shirley J. Rutherford of Tweedside, NB passed away December 25, 2017
at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Shirley was born at Harvey, NB
in 1935, a daughter of the late Hazel E. Donahue.
She is survived by her children, Connie Dozerac (Stephen), Edmonton,
AB, Gloria Rutherford (Albert) and Cecil Rutherford, both of Harvey,
NB; two grandchildren, Tara and Adam; five great grandchildren; a
sister-in-law, Joyce Donahue, Harvey, NB; a brother-in-law, Henry
James (Leona), McAdam, NB; special cousins, Lillian Martin, Waneta
McCullough and Belinda Cleghorn; several nieces and nephews.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Rutherford; her mother
Hazel; a brother, Bertram Donahue; a sister-in-law, Pauline
James.
In keeping with Shirley’s wishes there will be no visitation or
funeral service. Interment will be later at Harvey Settlement
Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Shirley, the family
has suggested the LOBA Lodge Hall – Tweedside.
