Passed away suddenly in Chicago, IL on Sunday November 6, 2016 at the age of 37. Ryan was the beloved husband and best friend of Sarah (nee Finbow). Proud Daddy of Ryley, Kylyn, and Skyler. Devoted son of Kevin and Barb Crowther. Cherished brother of Ashley (Brian) and Maddison. Loved son-in-law of Jamie and Jane Finbow. Treasured grandson of Noreen and Robert (predeceased) Wilkie, Bob and Ann Crowther, Gordon and Gwen Finbow (predeceased) and Betty Bennett. Dear brother-in-law of Allan (Carolyn). Adored uncle of Makayla, Kennedy, Zachary, Brody and Colby. Special nephew of David (predeceased) (Peg), Linda, Brian (Valerie), Cathy, Debbie (Rick), Bernadette (Robert), Gerry (Sandi), Jim (Darlene), Sandra (Steve). He was a special nephew to Sarah’s aunts and uncles Dave (Aurore), Doug (Marg), Susan (Rick), Carol (Peter), and David (Cindy). Sadly missed by cousins Kirsten, Nicole (Brent), Brock (Katie), Lauren (Jamie), Jamie (Garett), Robert (Kim), Jason (Nicole), Tangi (Scott), Matt (Molly), Brittney (Cole), Chelsea, Jessica, Blake, Carlea, Taylor, David, Avery, and Hilary. He is also sadly missed by Sarah’s cousins Rob (Ginny), Kristi (Billy), Josh, Chris, Alex, Shawn (Jen) and Katy (Chris). Missed by his loyal companion Buddy. Ryan was an avid sportsman, he enjoyed playing hockey and lacrosse and never missed a Leafs or Cowboys game. He was a great coach and inspired many young players. Ryan’s family, friends, and teammates meant the world to him. He would be there in a heartbeat to lend a hand, make you smile, and put your mind at ease. Ryan will be greatly missed by everyone. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday November 11, 2016 from 1-3 PM and 7-9 PM. Parish Prayers will be held in the parlour on Friday evening at 6:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 2pm. Cremation to follow. There will be a celebration of life at Hawkridge Golf and Country Club immediately following the Mass.
