It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James “Jimmy” Ryan at Royal Columbian Hospital after an amazing courageous battle to the end from liver disease. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Jimmy followed his father’s footsteps in the mining industry. Jimmy traveled to Canada to the US to work in many different mines. Jimmy settled in Franklin, Louisianna for 27years of his life. Moving back to Canada in 2005 with the encouragement of his now wife Jacqueline to finally settle in Chilliwack. Jimmy had a heart of gold and lived his life to the fullest as much as he could with no complaints. He was loved by all of those who had the privelige of being a part of his life. He will forever be remenered and missed each and every day by his wife Jacqueline; stepson Curtis (Anita); grandchildren; sisters Maureen and Sheila; nephews Ryan and Sean; niece Shelly Ryan; and great niece Kaylee Ryan; and all of his friends who shared his life. Jimmy is reunited with his parents Pearl and Austine; brother John (you meet again) and uncle Willie. Now theres a party in paradise. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Royal Columbian Hospital.
