RONCATO, Rosa—
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at St. Luke’s Place, Cambridge, on Monday, November 6, 2017. Rosa (nee Bisinoto) Roncato, in her 87th year, was the beloved wife of 63 years of the late Egidio Valentino Roncato (March 4, 2017). She was the loving mother of Benny Roncato and his wife Christine, Sandy Roncato-Ouwendyk and her husband Adam, Jovani Roncato and her husband Bryan Schoenfeld, Darci Wheeler and her husband Terry and the late Maria Helena. Rosa was the proud Nonna of Amberly (Brandon Wittig) and Jordan. She was the dear sister-in-law of Mario Roncato, Anna Roncato, Maria Angela Fevero and Maria Grazie. Rosa was the dear sister of the late Jose, Pacifico, Marcimilio, Rafael, Carmelia, Amelberga, Tereza and Regina, all late of Brasil.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive their friends on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Rosa will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Church, 98 Alice St., Guelph, on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 9 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Luke’s Place, Cambridge, would be appreciated by the family.
