Fletcher, Ronald Stewart
It is with great sadness that the family announces the death
of Ron Fletcher of Fredericton, NB on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the
Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Fredericton,
NB he was the son of the late Guy and Alice (Phillips)
Fletcher.
Ron was a loving husband to Barbara (Tracey) Fletcher and was
a wonderful father to Stephanie Fletcher, Natalie Fletcher (Gary
Corbett) and a proud grandfather to Christopher Corbett
(Sara). He will also be missed by his sister-in-law, Eileen
MacDiarmid as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and
friends.
Predeceased by his parents; beloved son, Bill Fletcher;
brothers, Keith, Byron, Jack and Earle and sister,
Beulah.
Visitation will be held at McAdam’s Funeral Home on
Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 7-9 pm. A memorial service
will take place in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Thursday,
November 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Paul Ross will
officiate. Interment will take place at a later date in the
Fredericton Rural Cemetery Extension. For those who wish,
memorial tributes in Ron’s honor may be made to the
Parkinson’s Foundation,
