Obituary On Sunday, August 31, 2014, Ron Benn of Edmonton passed away at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lynn; three children, Ron, Connie (Tom) LeDrew, and Jon (Rhonda); five grandchildren, Rae-Lynn, R.J., Brandon, Ava and Katie as well as five siblings, Janet, Lynda, Eileen, Brian and Kevin. Ron was predeceased by his parents Vernon and Marion Benn as well as three siblings, Kenneth, Carol and Allan. A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South, 4820 Meridian Street (Meridian Street can only be accessed by heading SOUTH on the Anthony Henday – Hwy 216. The exit ramp is 1 km SOUTH of the Sherwood Park Fwy.). For those who wish, donations in Ron’s memory may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Diabetes Association.
