Robert Charles Scallion
Scallion, Robert Charles – 67 of Halifax, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 with his family by his side after a long battle with MS. Born in Halifax he was a son of the late Ben and Constance (Richardson) Scallion. He is survived by his sisters, Marilyn (Ken) Nadon, Carolyn (Muir) Fisher; brother, Barry (Jocelyn) as well as his nieces Alison Fisher and Kelly Scallion. For a number of years, Robert worked at the Department of Transportation. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 11 am, Tuesday, November 28 at Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd. where a reception will follow. Burial will follow in Oakridge Memory Gardens, Middle Sackville. Family flowers only. Donations in memory may be made to the VON. Robert’s family would like to thank his caregivers and the VON nurses for the special and loving care they gave him.
