Reverend Francis W. P. Bolger
1925-2017
Suddenly at home on Thursday, September 28, 2017 of Reverend
Francis W.P.. Bolger of Charlottetown and Stanley Bridge, Priest of
the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlottetown age 92
years.
He is the son of the late Thomas and Margaret (Walsh) Bolger.
He is the last surviving member of his immediate family being
predeceased by his brothers Ernest (Dorothy), Austin (Alice) and Alban
(Margaret). Fr. Francis will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by
his nieces and nephews Audrey Wyand (Walter), Francis (deceased)
(Marlene), Ron (Joan), Cathy Dillon (Bobby deceased), Brian (Glenda),
Phyl Burke (Wilf), Wilfred (Rita deceased), David (Nancy) and Mary
Burke.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
for visiting hours on Monday, October 2nd from
2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and at St. Ann’s Church,
Hope River on Tuesday, October 3rd from 12:00
to 1:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann’s
Church, Hope River on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in
St. Ann’s Parish Cemetery.
