Obituary for Raymond «Ray» Murray
Raymond “Ray” Percival Murray, of Kincardine, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine, on Saturday, September 2, 2017 in his 90th year.
Cherished husband of Gladys “Benny” Murray (née MacGregor) of Kincardine.
Loving father of Shirley Crossley of Kincardine, Sharon (Chris) McGarvey of Kincardine and Brian Murray of Dorset.
Dear grandfather of Michael (Katrina), Daniel (Krista), Ryan (Carolyn), Andrew, Patrick, Courtney, Liam and great-grandfather of Olivia, Brooke, Kate and Paisley.
Missed by sister Edna Williams of London, sister-in-law Marion MacLeod, Shirley Colquhoun and brother-in-law Sam (Joan) MacGregor all of Kincardine.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Ernie and Edith Murray, sisters Eileen (Stan) Wagner, Edith (Henry) Epp, daughter-in-law Tammi Keggenhoff and brother-in-law Bud Williams.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Friday, September 8, from 11:00 a.m. till 12:30 p.m.. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Ken Craig officiating.
Interment, Ripley-Huron Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
