Ramona Burley
1932-2016
GALLOWAY, NB – It is with great sadness the family
announces the passing of Ramona Burley 83, on Saturday, November 5,
2016 at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent. Born in
Fontaine, she was the daughter of the late Eusebe and late Emma
(Kelly) Vautour. She was a member of the Royal Canadian
Legion Branch #30 Ladies Auxilary in
Richibucto.
Ramona will be sadly missed by two daughters, Sandra Burley
of Richibucto, Rhonda Burley (Dave Robichaud) of Bouctouche; two sons
Mark Burley (Ginette) of Galloway, John Burley of Aldouane; nine
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She is also survived by four brothers, Jackie Vautour
(Yvonne) of Kouchibouguac, Walter Vautour (Bertha), Victor Vautour
(Maria), Eusebe Jr. Vautour (Linda) all of Richibucto and many nieces
and nephews.
Besides her parents, Ramona was predeceased by two sons,
Kermit, Victor and two brothers, Alexander and
Norman.
Visitation will be at Thompson’s Funeral Home,
Richibucto on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Thursday at noon
and time of the funeral. A celebration of Ramona’s
life will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel,
Richibucto on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm. In keeping with
her wishes, she would like everyone to just love one
another. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s
Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
