Passed away peacefully in Pointe-Claire, Quebec on March 5, 2013. Funeral arrangements and interment are planned for May 17, in Montreal – time to be announced later (www.jjcardinal.ca for details). Ralph was the husband of Marcella Webber (deceased, née Frechette) and brother of Pearl Webber (deceased). He is survived his daughters Claudia Jensen (Keith), Nancy Webber, sisters Millicent Heron, Doreen Sidney and brother John Webber, granchildren Logan (Erin), Ryan (Emily), Erik (Becky), great-grandchildren Elizabeth, John, Aejay and numerous nieces and nephews in Canada. Ralph played for the Alouettes (1946-1948). He was the manager of Air Canada for over 40 years, in Windsor, Toronto, Montreal, Jamaïca, London (Ontario), Bermuda and Saskatoon.
