Obituary of Peter Eitzen
Peter Eitzen passed into the embrace of his Heavenly Father on June 20, 2017 at the age of almost 94. He was the beloved husband for 64 years to Eliezabeth (Esau) Eitzen and cherished father to Henry (Lucy) of Toronto and Paul of Kitchener. Survived also by brother George (Annie) Eitzen of Waterloo and two sisters, Erna Eitzen of North Dakota and Maria Giebert of Germany, sister-in-law Frieda Sperling of Germany. Dear brother-in-law of Martha and Nick Sawatzky of Kitchener. Loved uncle to many nieces and nephews and their families.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Peter with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, June 23 from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. at W-K United Mennonite Church, 15 George Street, Waterloo, ON. Reception to follow in the Church Hall. Interment to take place at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
