Mellor, Pamela (nee Fisher)
Passed away peacefully at home following a valiant battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late John Mellor (2007). Loving mother of John (Sharan), Denise (Cecil), Philip (Mary Lou) and Monica (Cory). Proud Grandma of Kristina (Ben), Kaitlyn (Kris), Sara, Jeff, Merry, Shawn, 6 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Predeceased by her 7 brothers. She was the quintessential English lady and the most loving of mothers.
Pamela’s family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society for Research or the animal related charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
