It is with great sadness that the family of the late
OSWALD DOMINIX of Little Bay East announces his passing at the Burin
Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, NL on Sunday, September
18th, 2016 at the age of
85. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are wife, Sadie of 50 years; sons, Kevin (Beryl) of
Bedford, NS, and Wallace (Rhonda) of Hubley, NS; sisters, Shirley
(Melvin) Perham of Pooles Cove, Hattie (Clyde) Thornhill of Mt. Pearl,
Eillen (Fred) Janes of St. John’s, and Linda Strickland of
St. John’s; brothers, Randell (Rosie) Dominix of Little Bay
East; 3 grandchildren, Andrea (Richard) Puddington of Bedford, NS,
Stephen Dominix of Bedford, NS, and Matthew Dominix of Hubley, NS;
plus a large circle of relatives and friends.
He was
predeceased by his parents, Thomas & Dora Dominix.
The Dominix family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown on Monday, September
19th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
Tuesday, September 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
and at Salem United Church in Little Bay East on Wednesday, September
21st from 10:00 a.m. to
12:00noon. The Funeral Service will take
place at Salem United Church in Little Bay East on a date and time to
be announced. Interment will follow at Salem
United Church Cemetery in Little Bay East.
