Olive M. Clarkin
1926-2016
Peacefully at the Atlantic Baptist Home on Wednesday,
November 16, 2016 of Olive Mary Clarkin (nee Gallant) of Stratford age
90 years. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Clarkin and dear mother of
Darlene (Curtis) Callaghan, David (Theresa) Clarkin and Darren (Kylie)
Clarkin. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Shawn
(Lindsee) and Ryan Callaghan, Eli Clarkin, her sister Jean Rajna,
sister-in-law Joann Gallant and many nieces and
nephews.
Beside her husband Eugene she was also predeceased by her
brothers Tom, Ted, John and Desi Gallant, sister Mildred Lawlor and
brothers-in-law Ouch Lawlor and Andy Rajna.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
until Monday morning, then transferred to Our Lady of Assumption
Church, Stratford for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow
in the Parish Cemetery.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Heart
& Stroke Foundation of PEI.
Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday 6 –
9 p.m.
