Nadine Elaine Wood
1966-2016
It is with heavy hearts that the family of
Nadine Wood announce her peaceful passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital on Monday December 26, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Fredericton, NB on May 7, 1966, a daughter of Dianne Tomlinson
(Adrian) and Ernest Miner (Brenda).
Nadine was a member of St. Mary’s
Anglican Church, McEvoy Street and was recently retired as Operations
Manager at Paradise Villa Senior Home.
Nadine will be deeply missed by her loving sons
Matthew (Brittany), Shawn (Samantha), Corey (Jenna); 2 grandsons
Walker and Weston; brother Robert (Karen); niece Kendra. She
was predeceased by her maternal grandmother and K-nine companion her
German Shepherd Kane.
Nadine wishes to send special thanks to the
Wood family for their calls, visits and ongoing support; special
friends Marjorie Taylor, Lorraine Stewart, Katrina Legere-Paul,
Jacklyn Burns for always being there, also the Thursday night wine
group of amazing ladies. Father Kevin Stockall your support and
prayers to carry me through my journey were welcomed more than anyone
can imagine and to Dr. Debra Gowan and the Palliative Care Unit, you
simply are the best, « Thank You ».

Visitation will take place at St.
Mary’s Anglican Church, McEvoy Street, Fredericton on
Friday, December 30, 2016 from 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm,
followed by a celebration of Nadine’s life at 3:30 pm at the
church with Canon Kevin Stockall officiating. A reception to be held
immediately following in the church hall. Bishop’s Funeral
Home 540 Woodstock Road have been entrusted with arrangements.
Donations in memory of Nadine may be made to
the Alzheimer Society. If you’re thinking flowers, think
Pink.
