Passed away peacefully on December 7, 2017 with family by her side at 96 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Ross. Loving mother of Heather Riddell, Joan Pare & Norm and Bruce & Catharine Riddell. Dear grandmother of Andrew, Norman, Amelia, the late Sabrina, Jenna and Matthew. Predeceased by her parents Bill & Florence and step mother Ella. Predeceased by her siblings Gordon Welch, Doris Reid and Gladys Fleming. Myrtle’s family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Seasons Amherstburg, Richmond Terrace, and the Alzheimer’s society for all of their care and compassion.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday December 16, 2017 at the St. John Anglican Church 3305 Sandwich St., Windsor from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. John Cemetery. Services entrusted to Families First, 585 Sandwich Street South, Amherstburg 519-969-5841.
