Obituary of Mildred Fader Mildred Viola (Cowell) Fader died peacefully on Monday July 18, 2016 with family and loved ones close by. Millie was born in Hainsville Ontario on September 18, 1930 to parents Ernie and Ida (Ralph) Cowell. She was the youngest of 10 children with siblings Rita, Roy, Edna, Norman, Mervyn, Ruby, Howard, Cecil and Earl. Married 63 years and beloved Wife to Ernie Fader. Devoted Mother to Rodney, Shelley and Troy. She delighted in her Grandchildren Amy, Spencer, Jennifer, Colin, Jackie and Sawyer. Always overjoyed with the additions of Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren! Millie was the life of the party and always active and energetic. An avid curler and a great golfer with multiple hole in ones she could often be found striding the fairways of the Highland Golf Club. She carried herself with dignity and grace and her smile and laughter was a joy to all around her. A Memorial Service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Sunday July 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. a reception to follow. Interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens on Monday July 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. In memory of Millie, donations to the Kingston Regional Cancer Centre (please make cheques payable to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation) would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
