Maynard Allison (Allie) Gass
1934-2017
With our deepest sorrow we announce the passing of M. Allison (Allie)
Gass of Harvey, NB. Allie was born at Harvey, NB in 1934, a son of
the late Alden and Hildred (Messer) Gass. He farmed for many years
and then was employed at Kings Landing and later at Briggs and Little
Wollen Mill until he retired.
He leaves behind his wife, Patricia M. (Costello) Gass; step-son
Timothy Costello; sister Marilyn Currie (Gordon), Keswick Ridge, NB;
niece Christa Rae (Dana) and their children, Adam, Ethan and Katie;
nephew Brent Currie (Erin) and their son Aiden as well as several
sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews in the Costello
family.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by an infant sister,

Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3,
Harvey Station, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The
funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Knox
Presbyterian Church, 2412 Route 3, Harvey Station, NB at 2 p.m. with
Rev. Ann Boudreau officiating. Interment will follow at Harvey
Settlement Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brent, Sam and Aaron Walsh, John and Braydon
Costello and Roy Brockway.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Allie, the family
has suggested Fredericton Hospice House or the Harvey Settlement
Cemetery.
