Mary Catherine Doran{Sis} (nee Stokes) Nov.19,1939 – August 29 2016 age 76 years. Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park after a long illness. Predeceased by her husband Daniel (2004), her parents John and Minnie Stokes and her mother and father in-law Daniel and Evelyn Doran. Brother Joe Stokes and sister Patricia James, Left to mourn her 3 daughters Mary Boland (Jerome), Linda Manning (Jeff ),and Jane Doran (Jorge Motos ). 1 son John Doran, her grandchildren Stephen, Gerard, Gregory Jordan Olivia and Amy, also her great grandson Jacob and his mother Melissa Fluery Grandbois ,and all the other children she welcomed into her fold. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Jim (Theresa)Stokes, Michael(Angela)Stokes, sisters Maisie(Fred) Giles, Joan(Angelo) Randell .Brothers and sisters in laws Peg Stokes ,Ruby(Dennis) Hickey,Lucy ( Fred) Conway, Richard Doran(Janet), Mary Pauba (John deceased),John Doran( Urusla), Jim(deceased) Elizabeth Barnes (Richard) and Ethel Hogan (Tom deceased) Lloyd James. And Many nieces and Nephews plus too many friend to mention.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay, on Wednesday, August 31 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. and on Thursday, September 1 from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Francis of Assisi Church, Outer Cove on Friday September 2, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
