Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday August 6, 2017 at the age of 84. Devoted husband of Geltrude of 59 wonderful years. Proud father of Joe (Josie) and Palma Rigas. Cherished Nonno of Alexander (Lauchlin), Christina, Adam, Gabriel, Melissa and Nicole. Fondly remembered by his brothers Egidio (Lucia), Antonio (Rosaria) and sister in law Marianna. He will be sadly missed by his many family and friends. Mario has joined his parents Guiseppe, Candida and brother Francesco. “Always remembered, forever missed, we love you.”

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at All Saints Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Rd., Etobicoke, on Wednesday, August 9th, 2017 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Parkinson Society of Canada would be appreciated.
