In Loving Memory
MONTGOMERY, Margaret (Maggie) of Burlington, ON. Our wonderful mother passed away peacefully at her home on November 22, 2017, surrounded by her family. Born in Scotland in 1941 she immigrated with her young family to Canada in 1971. An Ontario Public Servant much of her life, she found success in real estate after retirement. Margaret is preceded in her death by her devoted husband of 45 years William (Bill) Montgomery, loving brother Jim McCulloch, and her mother, Jean McCulloch. Margaret is survived by her loving children and their spouses: Simon Montgomery and wife Sharon, Gillian L. Bradley, Claire Lawrence and husband Mark. She is also survived by her niece and nephews: Margaret, Michael, and Jim McCulloch of Glasgow Scotland, and grandchildren: Joshua Bradley, Jack Lawrence, and Dashyl Lawrence of Santa Barbara, CA. A Memorial service will be held at Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Rd., W., Oakville, ON on Sunday November 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in kind to your local cancer society.
