Mair Rhiannon Stevenson
1928-2017
It is with sadness that the family of Rhiannon Stevenson
announces her passing on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Shannex, Thomas
Hall in Fredericton, NB.
Born in South Wales, United Kingdom, she was the wife of the
late Dr. Colan Michael Stevenson.
Rhiannon is survived by her son Patrick Stevenson (Laura);
her daughter Moira Kirkland (Joe); and was Gran Rhian to Katelyn
Stevenson.
Rhiannon was an active member of the Christ Church Cathedral
family and her love of music gave her 35 wonderful years with the
Cathedral Choir and the Fredericton Choral Society.
There will be a visitation at McAdam’s Funeral Home
on Thursday, May 4, 2017, from 6-8 PM. A memorial service will take
place on Friday, May 5, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Christ Church Cathedral.
Interment will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery following the
service. Donations in Rhiannon’s memory can be made to the
Canadian Diabetes Association.
