Entered into rest peacefully with his family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street on Saturday February 11, 2017. Lynn Gary Livingstone of Brockville aged 79 years is survived by his best friend and soul mate Marilyn (Millar) Livingstone, they had been married for over 54 years. Father of Dean Livingstone (Chantal) and Dana Livingstone (Scott Spencer). Proud Grandfather of Shane Spencer, Jessica Livingstone and Breanna Livingstone. Lynn is also survived by a brother-in-law David Millar (Sandra), niece Lesley Touissant, nephew Geoff Millar and fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and Irene Livingstone, sisters Anne Wagner and Jean Livingstone. The family would like to express their thanks to the Hilltop Manor staff for their warm hearted care, the considerate staff of the Palliative Care Team at Garden Street Site and a special thank you to Dr. Andrew Everett for making Lynn’s final days comfortable and being so supportive to the family.
By the request of Lynn, cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life to be held in the spring. In memory of Lynn, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or CPHC Adult Day Centre would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
