Lucie Lindsay (nee Sabourin)
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucie Arlette Lindsay, aged 64 years of Sandy Hook, MB, formerly of Winnipeg, on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Grace Hospice, after a long hard fight against cancer, she passed peacefully with her family by her side.
Left to mourn her is her husband Douglas; sons Mike and Jason; daughter Susan; brothers Joe and Fernand; sisters Aline (Marcel), Simone (Jake); grandchildren Aidan, Janelle, Justin and Ryan.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew here.
We would like to thank the staff at the Grace Hospice for making her time there so much more comfortable.
In keeping with Lucie’s wishes a semi-private Memorial Mass for family, friends and acquaintances will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 113-7th Ave. Gimli, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to CancerCare Manitoba.
