Obituary for Loyce Ann Liberty (Liberty)
LIberty, Loyce Ann – With sadness the family announces the death of Loyce Liberty of Temagami at the age of 81 years. Loyce passed away at Temiskaming Hospital, Tuesday, November 21, 2017.
Loyce was born at Abercorn, Quebec on October 2, 1936 and had lived in Temagami for most of her life where she worked at Busy Bee Restaurant for many years. She loved to crochet and knit and enjoyed playing bingo. Loyce also had a reputation as an excellent baker and many people enjoyed her pies and butttertarts.
Predeceased by her parents and her brother Orville Laliberté. Sadly missed by her loving husband of 43 years Neil Stephen; and her children: Ricky [Denise] Hudon of Mattawa, Daniel Hudon of Montreal and Diane Hudon of Trois Rivières. Also remembered by her grandchildren: Ricky, Alisha, Darren, Stephanie, Vicky, Brittany, Renée, Angela and Natalie; and eleven great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Loyce’s wishes, cremation took place at Lakeview Crematorium. Interment of ashes will take place at Whispering Pines Cemetery in 2018. Condolences, contributions and memorial candles may be left at www.buffamleveille.com.
