Louise « Marie » Sinclair (née Allen)
It is with great sadness the family of Marie Sinclair announces her passing at Rose Villa, Rosetown, SK. on January 15, 2017. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to many.
Marie was born at the family farm near McGee, Saskatchewan on June 30, 1921. Marie was predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years Alexander Cormack Sinclair in 2007. She leaves to mourn her five children Sandra (Ian) Cross, Bill Sinclair, Margaret (Ian) Howell, Jack (Joan) Sinclair and Carol Clark. « Gramma Sincs » will be truly remembered by her 15 grandchildren Marcy Cross, Tina (Ron) Pratt, Lorna Sinclair, John Sinclair, Shaun Howell, Leah (Kevin) Kinnear, Scott (Sarah) Howell, Sarah (Philip) Jakubowski, Baylie (Graham) Penner, Keaton Sinclair, Beaumont Sinclair, Trevor (Patty) Clark; Christy (Curtis) Shaw, Teri-Lynn (Lindsay) Hayes, Neil Clark and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Marguerite Garland and Kathleen Adams.
A memorial service will be held at the Fiske Hall on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie may be made Rosetown and District Health Centre Foundation Inc., P.O. Box 653, Rosetown, SK S0L 2V0 for patient care equipment at Rose Villa.
