CORBY, Louisa Margaret (nee Stark) Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with her family by her side on Wednesday December 2nd 2015 at the age of 63 after a courageous 11 month battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Larry for over 35 years. Devoted mother of Adam and Cheryl (Rich Rossi). Treasured sister of John Newey (Carol). She was a cherished « Aunt Louisa » to many nieces and nephews. Louisa will be forever adored by many close friends and loved ones. Louisa had a most fulfilling career as a dedicated teacher for over 30 wonderful years with the Durham District School Board. A special thanks to the Nurses and Doctors from 8G, 4F and the Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their dedication and support. Visitation will be held at Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby on Wednesday December 9, 2015 from 7-9 and on Thursday from 1:30-2:30. Funeral Service on Thursday December 10th at 2:30. Memorial Donations to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre or Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be greatly appreciated.
