Obituary for Louis Decaire
In loving memory of
Mr. Louis Decaire
April 15th, 1948 – December 27th, 2017
Louis passed away with his loving family by his side at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls on Wednesday December 27th, 2017 at the age of 69. He was the son of the late Edward Decaire and the late Alice Decaire (nee Souligny). He will be sadly missed by his wife Carole Decaire, his children Julie (Denis) Bernier and Daniel (Charlene) Dupuis, his grandchildren Jamy (Stéphanie), Rémi (Shari), Jared, Jesse and his sister Elaine (Rick) Rutherford. He was the brother in-law of Georgette (late Roland) Roy, late Serge (late Heather) Gadoury, Suzanne (Jean-Claude) Rondeau, Laurier (Anne) Gadoury and Alain (Suzanne) Gadoury. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, colleagues and many dear friends.
Louis will also be forever remembered by so many people and specially his students for his 35 years of teaching legacy.
Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine funeral home, 641 deTroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls on Tuesday January 2nd, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9pm. The Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday January 3rd, 2018 at 11 am at the Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens Catholic Church followed by a reception at the Church Hall. The interment will be held in the spring 2018 at the Abitibi Cemetery.
