Lorraine Marie Lovelock
Lorraine M. Lovelock, 89, of K. E. Spencer Memorial Home and
formerly of Ayer Avenue, with her loving family at her side, passed
away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Born
in Scoudouc, she was the daughter of the late Albenie and Eugenie
(Melanson) Bourgeois. Lorraine was retired from sales with Swifts, T.
Eaton Co. Ltd. and K-Mart. An animal lover, she enjoyed reading and
cherished time spent with her friends and family.
Lorraine will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 61
years, Dean G. Lovelock; sons, Jack (Terry Lee) of Riverview, Gary
(Nancy) and Michael, both of Moncton; grandchildren, Joseph (Amanda),
Krista (William), Jenna (David) and Crystal (Joel); great
grandchildren, Zoey, Sebastien, Eagan, Kaia, Rose and Maxwell;
brother, Henri Bourgeois of Shediac and several nieces, nephews and
extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was
predeceased by her sister, Dora and brothers, Simon, Leon, Ivan and
Valarie.
A Service to celebrate and honor Lorraine’s life
will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995) on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 11:00 am, with
Pastor Scott Ryder officiating. Reception following the service in the
Funeral Home Reception Centre. In memory of Lorraine donations to a
memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the
