The family wishes to announce the passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister Lorraine MacDonald of Eden at Von Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday September 5, 2017 at the age of 55 years. Amazing and loving wife of 16 years to John Loewen. Supportive and caring mother to Dustin MacDonald, Kayla (Will) Loewen; Tiffany (Curtis) Loewen. Grandmother to Tyson, Riley and Lucas. Daughter of Don Stearn. Daugher in Law to Ben Loewen. Sister of Warren. Sister in law to Margaret Reynolds (Claudray); Jake Loewen (Mary); Ben Loewen (Debbie); Abe Loewen; Isaac Loewen (Kim). Predeceased by her Mother in Law Sarah Loewen (2017). Aunt to several nieces and nephews. Lorriane was a school bus driver for Langs, worked at the Gospel Lighthouse, Manager of Salvation Army Store in Tillsonburg and started the Oasis in Tillsonburg. A visitation will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Thursday September 7th, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service for Lorraine will be held at the Bethel Pentecostal Church, Tillsonburg on Friday September 8th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Tillsonburg Cemetery.
