Lois Althea
Logan of Fredericton, NB passed away peacefully on Thursday, November
2, 2017 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB surrounded
by the love of family and
friends.
Born in Debec,
NB on April 28, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Howard J. and
Eldis E. (Wood) Henderson.
Aside from her
parents, Lois was predeceased by her husband John Logan, a dear
friend, Louis Simard, three sisters and two
brothers.
Lois was
employed as a piece worker at Hartt Shoe and Boot Co. in Fredericton
for many years.
Lois leaves
behind a number of much loved nieces and
nephews.
Although there
will be no visitation hours, a service celebrating the life of Lois
Logan will be held from Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel, 540
Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
Rev. Joyce Perry (Deacon), a dear friend, will officiate. Interment in
the Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, immediately following the
service.
The Canadian
Cancer Society (NB) has been designated for memorial
contributions.
The Royal
Canadian Legion, Branch No. 4 Ladies Auxiliary will hold a Legion
Tribute Service at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 7 at 1:45
PM.
