The family announces with great sorrow her death on Sunday October 16, 2016 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husband George Vickers in 1994. She is survived by her children Raymond (Denise) Vickers, Madeleine (Gil) Bertrand, Jackie Vickers (Steven Clark), Louise (Doug) Rogers and Dennis Vickers (Christine Viau); her grandchildren Dustin Vickers, Kevin Vickers, David (Joyce) Vickers, Melanie (Jason) Boucher, Julie Bertrand (Kory Hill), Erik Rogers (Kass Michaud), Bryan Rogers, Matthew Rogers, Dylan Rogers, Amy Rogers, René Bertrand (Agnieszka Filipek) and Lee-Ann Marchwick (Jason) and by 11 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her parents William and Alice Monette, her sister Georgette Vaillancourt and by her brother Maurice Monette. Liliane enjoyed life to the fullest and liked to be busy. She enjoyed bingo, cards and socializing with friends. She was always ready to give a helping hand to people in need. She treasured her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Thursday October 20, 2016 at St-Anthony’s Cathedral. Interment will follow at Timmins Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at
