It is with deep sadness that we announce Len’s passing at Teck-Pioneer Residence surrounded by his daughters and son-in-law (son), on May 30, 2016. Len was born in Charlton on May 15, 1931 to the late Rose (née Lauzon) and late Dawson Surtees. He was predeceased by his sister Barbara Hopkins. Len is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife Norma Surtees (née Miller) of 64 years, his daughters; Lynda (Rick) Peters and Debbie Surtees (Craig), his grandchildren; Mark & Michael Peters and Derek & Kerry Webber as well as 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Many of you may know Leonard as an avid fiddle player, he had a sincere passion for music and was an active member in his community of King Kirkland. Cremation Cremation has taken place at French Family Funeral Home & Crematorium.
