LUKE Laura Kathleen (nee Eades), Passed away peacefully after a short illness with her family by her side on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville at age 83. Beloved wife of the late Allan Luke. Loving mother of Kathryn (Nick Post), Victoria (David Martland) and Douglas Luke (Marcy). Proud grandma of Sara, Jennifer, Amanda, Sean, Samantha, Andrea and the late Nicole. Loving GG of Alexis, Alyssa, Cameron, Isaac and Gunner. Dear sister of Gary (Joan), Daphne, Rose, John (Arloine) and the late Michael. Laura will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville 2nd floor and Traditions Retirement Home for their kindness and care. As per Laura’s wishes, private family service will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery 905-443-3376.
