Judy Smith
1949-2017
It is with sadness that the family
of Judith « Judy » Ann
Smith, age 68, announces her unexpected death which
occurred on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Saint John Regional
Hospital. She was born on May 7, 1949, in Saint John, NB,
the daughter of the late Garnett « Pete » and Annie
« Ann » (Morton) Smith. Judy loved Smithtown where she grew up
and resided in the family home most of her life. She is survived by
extended family and many loving friends. Her special family from the
Meadow Valley Manor in Quispamsis, NB, were very important to her as
she was a resident there for the past five
years.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street,
Hampton. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 4, 2017
at 2:00PM from Reid’s Funeral Chapel, with a time of
fellowship to follow. Interment will take place at Pioneer Cemetery,
Penobsquis, NB.
Donations in memory of Judy may be made to the
Hammond Valley Community Church Building Fund or to the charity of the donor’s
