Obituary of Joyce Stanley STANLEY, Joyce Marjorie Suddenly entered into rest at her residence in Mercier, Quebec on Sunday June 26th, 2016. Joyce (McRae) Stanley until recently of Brockville aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Wendell Stanley. Loving mother Arlene Thompson (Kenneth) of Brockville and the late Peter and Lorraine McIntosh and stepmother of Carol Stanley-Bonet (David). Cherished grandmother of Natalie Mallette, Jeremy McIntosh, Corey, Ryan and Christopher Thompson (Dionne); and great grandmother Justyn and Trystan Mallette-Comeau, Emily, Nathaniel and Caleb Thompson. Predeceased by her parents Ronald and Rachel (Smith) McRae and her brothers and sisters. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate Joyce’s life, location, date and time to be determined. In memory of Joyce, donations to the St. John’s United Church Brockville or to the Huntington Society of Canada would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
