It is with great sadness that the family of
the late JOSEPH PATRICK STRICKLAND of
Grand Bank announces his sudden passing at his home in Grand Bank on
Tuesday, September 27th, 2016, at the age of
64. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are
daughter, Krista Strickland of Oshawa, ON; sons, Joey Strickland of
Edmonton, AB, and David Strickland of Oshawa, ON; brother, Albert
Strickland of Point May; grandchildren Julie, Shania, Dustin, Dawson,
Zackery, Paige, Jordan, Aidan, Gracie and Kendra; great-granddaughter
Lily; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was
predeceased by parents, Henry & Catherine Strickland;
brothers, Richard, Henry & Gordon Strickland; and sister,
Ellen Strickland.
Following out Joseph’s
wishes, cremation has taken place.
The Mass of Christian Burial will
take place at The Church of The Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church
in Point May on Monday, October 3rd, 2016 at
10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at The Church of
The Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Cemetery in Point May.
In Joseph’s Memory donations may be made to The Strickland
Family.
