The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in
Grande Prairie AB, with family by his side, on Tuesday , November
29th, 2016 of Joseph Anthony Stevens of Cornwall, PEI, aged 61,
beloved husband of Erna (Dyment). Born in Alberton on January 30,
1955, son of the late Frank and Clotilda (O’Halloran)
Stevens.
Dear father to Crystal and Clayton Stevens, dear
friend to Stephen & Leeanne, Grande Prairie, AB. Loving
grandfather to D’Arcy-Lynn, Tye and Cash Stevens and step-grandfather
to Ashley, Chelsea and Darian. Brother to Frank, Anne Marie (George),
Theresa (Dale) and Peter (Edie).
Joseph is also survived by brothers and sisters in law Marie,
Shelton (JoAnne), Eddison (Arlene), Rodney (Debbie), Derek (Janie),
Bryce (Monique), Marlene (Philip), Wyatt (Karen), Wade, Susan (Steve),
Bayfield (Darlene) as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and
nephews.
Predeceased by his parents, father and mother in
law Woodrow and Florence Dyment, great niece Wendy Betts, brother in
laws Weldon, Garnet, Ronnie and Winston and sister in laws Alice and
Mona.
Arrangements entrusted to Ferguson
Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with completion of funeral
arrangements to be held in the spring of
2017.
