REDKO, John (member of the Whitby Legion and former CAW now Unifor President of the Retirees’ Chapter) passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday June 6th, 2015 at the age of 89 years. John, predeceased by his wife Isabelle. Loving father of Janine. Dear uncle to Nydia, Alex and Ken. Great uncle to Joanne and Sandra. Great great uncle to Morgan and Zakary. Will be missed by many friends and colleagues. A memorial service to be determined at a later date, A Remembrance Service will be held on Saturday July 11, 2015 at 1:00pm at the UNIFOR- CAW HALL- Oshawa,1425 Phillip Murray Ave, Oshawa, ON L1J 8L4, (905) 728- 8600 . In lieu of flowers donations to any Animal Shelter or Humane Society would be appreciated.
