Obituary
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John on August 23, 2016 at the age of 74 years. Loving father of J.R. (Brandi) Hall, and Kelly (Gary) McGrath; grandfather of Logan, Brooklyn, Colton, Rylan and Brynlee. Also to mourn his loss are many loving members of his extended family; and many great friends.
He was predeceased by the love of his life, Marjorie; parents, Hector and Paula (Cotman); dear brother George; and dear sister Linda Bridges. He will be forever in our hearts.

Driving East on the Whitemud – FROM the Whitemud Freeway, take the 17th Street exit ramp.
Turn left at the lights onto 17th street (you are now heading north)
Travel to 76 Avenue and turn RIGHT.
Driving West from Sherwood Park – FROM the Sherwood Park Freeway, take the 17th Street exit ramp.
Turn left onto 17 th street (you are now heading south)
Travel to 76 Avenue and turn LEFT.
You are now heading east on 76 Avenue.
Continue until you see an orange detour sign – turn RIGHT.
There will be another detour sign – turn RIGHT (8th street).
Follow that road until you see another detour sign – turn LEFT (69 avenue).
Go to the stop sign – turn RIGHT onto Meridian Street.
Follow Meridian Street south.
You will come to a stop sign – go straight.
You will come to another stop sign – go straight.
At the end of Meridian Street is Our Lady of Peace Cemetery on the right-hand side.
Turn RIGHT into the cemetery and follow the road to the west side of the cemetery where you will find Connelly-McKinley / Foster & McGarvey Edmonton South Chapel.
