Lewis John Joseph: ( September 1, 1954 – December 14, 2017): Passed suddenly away at his residence in New Bridge on Thursday, December 14, 2016, John Lewis in his 63rd year. Predeceased by his parents: John & Eileen Mary Lewis, sister, Patsy, father in-law William Buckle, brothers in-law William Jr & Jack, & nephew William C. Buckle. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Maureen (nee Buckle) of 31 years, daughters: Marie (Paul ), Krystal (Adam) & Jacqueline, grandsons: Josh (Rachel), & Parker, granddaughter Georgia & great – granddaughters: Karly & Ella, sisters & brothers: Dianne (Alex), Sharon (Gerald), Agnes (Walter), Clarence (Diane), Gerry (Michelle) & Beverly (John), mother in-law Anna Marie Buckle, special aunt Hannah Lewis, brother in-law Allan Power, brother & sister in-laws of the Buckle family: Mena (Nick), Gus (Debbie), Chris (Maish), Joey (Tanya), Katie (Billy), Laura (John), Della (Edward) & Madeline (Kevin), nieces, nephews & large circle of relatives & friends. Resting at Good Shepherd Parish Church, St. Joseph’s. Visitation on Saturday from 7 – 9 pm & Sunday, from 2 – 4 pm & 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place from St. Joseph’s Church at 10:00 am on Monday December 18, 2017. Internment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, O’Donnell’s. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood.
