John Bourgeois
1941-2016
POINTE-SAPIN, NB – John Bourgeois 75, of
Pointe-Sapin, passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, September
6, 2016. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late
Alphonse Bourgeois and late Dora (Thebeau) Bourgeois. Before
retiring, John was employed as a machinist.
John will be sadly missed by his wife, Juliette
(LeBouthillier) Bourgeois of Pointe-Sapin; two daughters, Georgette
Bourgeois (late George) of Indiana, Jeannine Vieira (Frederick) of
MASS; two sons, Emile of South Carolina, Thomas (Tanya) of North
Carolina; six grandchildren, Nicole, George, Rachel, Danielle,
Savannah, Trevor; two great grandchildren, Sebastien, Benjamin and
three step-grandchildren, Suzanne, Nicholas and
Steven.
He is also survived by three sisters, Rita Leger (Fernand) of
St. Antoine, Diana Bourgeois (Bob Harris) of Missouri, Rose-Eva
Frechette (Paul) of Florida; one brother, Leo (Glenda) of Arizona and
many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Maria
Landry.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A
private family service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home,
Richibucto (523-4252).
